This one builds Other Packer information. (other packer being product we warehouse for other packers. The item numbers typically begin with the number '6') As is typically the case with the packages that feed inventory spreadsheet, this one also copies the file at the beginning (otherpackers into otherpackerstemp). It then will rebuild the file. If an error, it will roll back to the temp file.
