UpdateSafetyStock is called by the scheduled task "Refresh Safety Stock".
Safety Stock is a concept where a predetermined inventory level in a given warehouse is to be maintained. Once an warehouse item-pack has a safety stock set up, this tool will update it with a floating 90 day window, based on forecasts. Only items that have a non zero value in the warehouse-item pack are included, and if they are, the forecasts from the preceding 30 days and the following 60 days to compute the safety stock.
If a new item is to be included, it simply needs to have a non zero value added for that warehouse.
To drop one, simply set it to zero.
