Unknown if this is used for any purpose. I don't find a scheduled task so I do not see where/how it would be run.
It builds the en_lot_pct table.
Unknown purpose at this point, possibly had been used to build a special purpose report in the past. It does compute by Y Code, which is a one digit number, and given the year 2020...it does not appear this is current.
