A load is created normally, the items picked.  HOWEVER, when attempting to ship it, it fails with a message indicating an error.  


The most common cause of this problem is that the item (or item-pack) is not set up for ACTUAL costing in both the sending and receiving warehouse.   

Check this by logging into the appropriate location, then go to Inventory, Warehouse Item (or Item-pack) and check the Valuation Method and Costing Policy.  Both should be set as shown below.  If not, update it and change the warehouse item (or item-pack) to show actual.


After correcting this, you will need to unload and reload it.




If you find that both the shipping and receiving warehouses are correctly set, the next most common solution is that the actual cost is missing.   If you suspect this is the case, notify Josh Mun @ corporate of the issue and have him set the actual costs.  Again, you will need to unload it, reload it before attempting to ship.


If it still will not ship, exit your Infor session completely, come back in and try again.
