This can be caused by several issues: A missing ODBC link OR a misconfigured ODBC link.


1) Your PC may be missing an ODBC link (which is the instructions telling your computer how to access data in a database).  To check this,  search for ODBC.  You will see a screen similar to this:



There are several versions:   32 bit and 64 bit.   Most spreadsheets us the 32 bit.



If you look at the ODBC link, you will see a number of them in the "System DSN" area.

The KEY ones:  STDB01 (connects to the Infor database); MP2 ( connects to the MP2 database and Scale (which is used by Pasco's scale application.


If you are missing any of these, you should Raise a ticket and let us know which one is missing.


IF you have these, click on one (for example, STDB01) and go "next" through the screens until you see this one:

Test your Data Source.  If it fails, you will see a screen similar to this one:
