In most cases, the problem is that an outside warehouse is not set up completely to show whether or not it is a CRP warehouse.  This setting controls whether or not a warehouse is included in standard warehouse reports.


To check this, go to Infor, Inventory, Warehouse.  If you will be making changes, go to Options, Update.


Once here, click on the icon for User Data and make sure there is a value ("Y" or "N") in the CRP field.


If the warehouse is there, CRP is set correctly, and the square footage is wrong, adjust the capacity in the above frame.


If the warehouse is there but you cannot access it from your location, then you will need to Raise a ticket to have us add your authorization to the warehouse.
