Your support team may need to access your computer in order to diagnose a problem.   In order for us to remotely access your computer, we will need your COMPUTER NAME.  It will be similar to D1055 (for a desktop).   After we have received your computer name, when we attempt to connect, you will receive a prompt similar to this:


  (the name may vary depending on who it is handling your ticket)


You will then see this little window hovering:

If you click "chat", you will get this window:



When you are done, just close the "hover" window.
