CRS currently uses SMTP to handle scheduled reports.  When these reports are:  INTERNAL and USE GROUPS, there is an adjustment to be done to the person document so as to handle the situation.   Domino is configured to accept internal mail for either @twincityfoods.com or @tcfi.com   Because it associates @tcfi with the same server, it converts it to an internal address and distributes it to the location of the mail file on the person document.

In the case of many of the users, this is still pointing to the cloud.

I suspect, although I have not proven it, that the individual's Outlook alias may be a part of the equation.

To remedy it:

Method 1:

Using the Notes Admin Client, open the person document for the individual.  I have attached a screen shot of one already adjusted.

The key fields to change are the Mail Server (set it to be TCFColo1/TCF.

Change the mail file name  in the format mail\FFFL  where FFF is the first name, L is the first initial of the Last name.  If any question, check with Kerry to make sure.

Once done, this addresses it.

My hypothesis as to why it is 'hit or miss" has to do with the O365 alias in place.   For example, some members of DOCK07 received the mails, others did not.   This step will only be necessary until the SMTP connection directly to O365.   Until then, a certain degree of manipulation of the person document for impacted users may be necessary.

Method 2:

Change the recipients on the group to have the @tcfi.com address rather than the internal version.

The second screen shot shows an alternative update of the Group itself.
